Er... I don't know... This really is just my opinion.
What is the piece trying to express? I can see the intention of trying to tell us something but I'm having a hard time figuring it out.
The left hand is raised, probably in a waving gesture. It could mean she is waving for goodbye. (Why the left hand? I conclude she is left-handed?) She maybe feels sad because she is taking a goodbye with the viewer, judging by the daisy leaves that are falling like teardrops and the title of the piece: "Daisy Tears". However  the left eyebrow, the only visible one is relaxed and is not expressing sadness. So is the mouth which is also relaxed. Maybe she is hiding her feelings? Or her face can't express emotions?
I really believe that a short description could guide the viewers to the message you are trying to convey.

About the proportions... The hand feels uncanny. The torso at the bottom of the picture feels uncanny. This is nitpicking and I really stared at it but the forehead appears to be very tall to me. There is room for improvement, however the proportions are rather solid. (The hand is the only thing that immediately draws attention to itself.)
The last thing that bothered me: some of the daisy petals are semi-transparent. I can see the hair beneath some of them. It made me feel that the daisy on top of the right eye is transparent and beneath it there is a large hole in the woman's face. It is actually a bit scary. But maybe that is intentional?

Everything else seems really nice to me.
The colors are well chosen and harmonious. The shading is well done and logical.
And I really like the hair! You've gone through the effort of adding a detail to it but it remains balanced and simple to look at. It looks like it is actually made of individual hairs rather than blurry shapes.

P.S.:
Sorry about the negative critique. That is a really nice art piece, it looks pretty, it catches the attention. And it made me put the effort into writing this.
